Complaints procedure
We are proud of our tea and we want to satisfy our consumers optimally. In case you are not satisfied regarding your purchase, regardless of the reason, you are able to return the goods within 15 days. After we have received the return shipment in a good condition, we refund your purchase including the shipping cost you have possibly paid, or we will send you replacing goods instead.
